The young Whites will be looking to bounce back from their midweek set back at Kintbury whom were relegated to the Wilts Prem last term from step 6 when newly promoted Blunsdon FC (Blunny) visit the Ray Mac this coming Saturday 20th August.

In Berkshire on Tuesday we could name just 12 players and one of them due to train delays didn’t arrive till after kick off! Saturday we will welcome back our central defence for the first time this season and a number of other players that had genuine reasons for being unable to turn out Tuesday.

Blunny won the Swindon and district Premier league last season and were unbeaten in doing so. They have already put 4 points on the board this term with a 2-1 win over a RWBFC side that like us are rebuilding this season. Blunny also come away with a point on the road at the weekend from Odd Down. So we know this is going to be another tough test for the home side as every game is when teams visit the Ray Mac.

Be great to get some support for the lads if your not travelling to Yate at the weekend. It makes a huge difference to the players and financially to the development side to cover the costs of hosting games at the Ray Mac.
