As many supporters will know we have been using See Tickets to process online ticket sales for our games.  Online ticket sales were originally introduced as part of our Covid safety measures to reduce cash handling and time at the turnstiles.

Since then Online ticket sales have proven popular and will now become a permanent feature for the club.  However, we have, belatedly, realised that because the online ticket sales are attracting a booking fee they and are therefore more expensive than buying tickets at the turnstiles which may be acting as a disincentive to buying advance tickets. Buying tickets in advance means quicker entry at the turnstiles and is still very much part of ongoing measures to reduce the potential for Covid infections at the ground. To encourage more supporters to use this facility we have decided, with effect from the Swindon Supermarine game on the 25 September, to absorb the booking fee within the normal ticket face value.  This brings the advance ticket prices in line with the turnstiles prices.

In addition to the advance tickets, paying at the turnstiles by debit/credit only will continue for the time being.  Again this is consistent with our ongoing Covid precautions.
