Matt Briggs opened the scoring, but a quickfire brace from Brad Selwood saw the visitors take the win.
The first big opportunity fell to the home side in the 21st minute, when Josh Keeya played the ball into Noah Coppin, who returned the pass for Keeya to strike. His effort flashed across the face of goal.
Just minutes later, Josh Hedges released Harry Lee down the wing. Lee hit it first time, lofting the ball into the box. Ollie Bray was waiting, but the Westbury defence scrambled it behind for a corner.
In the 28th minute, Bray led another charge down the flank, whipping a cross towards Coppin in the area, but once again the Westbury defence cleared their lines.
Early in the second half, Coppin threaded a ball through for substitute Evander Grubb to chase, but he was closed down quickly by Joel Manning, who did well to clear the danger.
In the 67th minute, Lee delivered a perfectly weighted ball to Coppin, who attempted a first-time finish towards goal but couldn’t find the target.
Just a minute later, Salisbury broke the deadlock. A pinpoint pass from Tommy Willard picked out Briggs, who had made a darting run in behind, and he finished neatly past Manning.
However, in the 77th minute, Westbury found their equaliser. Jack Witcombe beat his defender and squared the ball to Selwood, who tucked it past Will Buse.
Remarkably, just a minute later, Selwood struck again—this time a low drive from the edge of the box that beat Buse to turn the game around.
Salisbury pushed for a late response. In the 84th minute, Hedges unleashed a rocket from the edge of the box, which Manning parried into the path of Willard, but the Westbury goalkeeper recovered to block again.
There was one more chance for the Whites when a rebound fell kindly to Ollie Morgan, but Manning stood tall once more to deny the hosts a late equaliser.
