Salisbury FC Supporters Club have announced the date of their Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will take place at 7 pm on Thursday, 27th June, in the Blue Bee Bar at the Ray Mac.
All supporters are welcome to attend to help shape the direction of the supporters club over the coming year and to find out about ways of joining and supporting the supporters club.
This weekend, the supporters club also holds their annual maintenance days as work continues to prepare the ground for the new season.
Over Saturday, June 22nd, and Sunday, June 23rd, supporters are invited to help with several jobs that need to be completed.
All supporters are welcome but are advised to wear clothing they don’t mind getting dirty and to dress appropriately for the weather and the expected jobs.
Jobs normally include painting, cleaning, and other required general maintenance tasks.
In addition to the appropriate clothing, you are encouraged to bring paintbrushes, cleaning implements, and other tools with you.
The supporters club say, “It’s a great way to meet up with other fans before the season starts! So come join us for one or both days and help get the Ray Mac ready for all the away fans this coming season.”
Jobs that are to be carried out include:
- Brushing the terraces
- Remove weeds from all terraced areas
- Repaint the noses on steps
- Repaint the lines in Gangways
- Clean the hospitality boxes
- Paint the gents toilets near exit gate 2
- Paint the wall on the outside of turnstiles E & F
- Hoe the cinder area around the pitch
